Lacy is an incredible therapist who has helped me through some painful flare ups over the last 6 months. As a fellow MFR practitioner I value her understanding of the John Barnes method as well as her intuitive touch. Her own journey through chronic pain is evident as her compassion as a therapist provides a supportive environment to heal.

Lacy is the best massage therapist I’ve seen. She’s super knowledgeable and well-versed in different techniques. She’s intuitive and picks up quickly on what’s going on with the body. Highly recommend!!!

I booked a massage with Lacy after throwing out my neck. I booked an hour and had to be at work right after. She asked a few efficient questions to understand how I had hurt my neck and then used a mix of cupping, myofascial release, and neuromuscular therapy to release the problem muscles. The amount of muscles she was able to treat in an hour was amazing and towards the end of the session I mentioned I’d had this spot in my back that had been bothering me for a year and I couldn’t pinpoint what area it was. It took her about three seconds to find the spot and let me know exactly what muscle it was and a few things I might be doing at work to exacerbate it. I got off the table at exactly the end of the hour, she gave me an achievable treatment plan to go home with and had me out the door and onto work right on time. I cannot recommend Lacy enough!

You will not regret booking with Lacey! Her approach is grounded and she has a deep understanding of the myofascial system. Her treatments are definitely your answer if you have been in pain.

There is a parking garage across from Coopersmiths on Mountain Avenue that is a good option but may cost a dollar or two. There is also parking with no time limit by the old town library.
