I booked a room with priceline and shortly after arrived at the hotel. The front desk attendant told me the room I had booked was not actually available at the time I had booked it and he had been trying to switch my rooms for me but there was an issue since I went through a third party. He actually was even trying to upgrade me! I called priceline and while I was speaking with them he fixed it! So I had a better room thanks to the nice hotel employee. It was clean and the breakfast was good the next day. So thankful for the employee that helped me. My family had to book a last minute hotel after getting a flat tire at night while driving through. It is near a lot of restaurants and I heard the blue goose cantina next door is a really good too but didn't check it out. We also swam in the pool while waiting for our tires. Great experience

First off, I am the type of guy who is super lenient and laid back in fact I believe this is the first time I’ve ever given a bad review on google. We showed up to a room that was just terribly dirty. Asked for a vacuum they said no is it okay if they clean first thing tomorrow. We said that’s perfect! The next day at 2 pm I went down to ask if they were going to clean our room and they said yes we will have someone get right to it. 4:30 our room got cleaned. The following day we went out all day then came back at 7pm. Our room hadn’t been cleaned. You have to ask everyday for them to clean your room which we were never told. Me and my fiancé have never experienced this. We’ve experienced typical bad hotels here and there where you see like one piece of hair on the ground. Our room had long black hairs every where in the bathroom floor. Didn’t know it was as bad as it was until I swept the floor with a towel. Nail clippings in the carpet and sticky grape juice like stains all over the walls. I wouldn’t of posted this if someone would’ve simply told us that we had to request room cleaning. That topped this 4 day trip!

I unfortunately stayed here and booked a lot of rooms due to all of our out of town guests for my wedding. If you are a bride I wouldn’t even recommend staying here!!! But if you do! I would absolutely require full transparency from James Humphrey. He was HORRIBLE! I even had corporate agreeing with me that what he did was not right and it should be fixed. . Did it get fixed? Nope! He was dishonest and down right sneaky! Pushing and encouraging me to book more rooms to get free incentives that were not communicated were up with different people. James promised a banquet room to me and my wedding party. They ended up giving it away to a different wedding party and didn’t even have the guts to tell me.. allowed me to keep booking rooms and even rooted me on that I almost have it.. James didn’t even give me the respect of telling me someone was interested and did not give me the chance to pay for the room since he knew I told him we were planning on using it. Just mis leading and horrible accountability by the manager and company. If I could do it over I’d stay down the road! There are plenty of other hotels in the area that I guarantee have better service and a manager that will role model leadership/coaching. They even tried to “fix” our issue by putting us in a public area..even then they mis spelt my last name which seems silly but they just don’t care about their guests enough .. it was my wedding weekend and they really made me feel not so important. Details, transparency, and some empathy goes a long way to keep guests returning. Id give a 0 if able.

Not a good experience! No hot water. Their was no one available to clean our room. The room was run down, dirty. We were excited to get in the spa and let the jets hit our painful joints however their was no jets, the indoor pool was so foggy from the heat off the pool and what ever kind of spa that was made the windows steam so bad it was hard to breath or see. The hotel was dirty and run down such a disappointment for being outta state and not knowing the area. Save your money dont stay here...
