Online bill pay system is horrible! Kicks you out, lucky to get the payment submitted. If you mess up and enter your payment info incorrectly they will turn your water off in 10 days with no warning. No phone call, no letter and they can tell you attempted to pay it. They will tell you they sent a letter, but good luck with the USPS getting anything to you. Employees could care less about you and are rude even though our tax dollars are paying their salaries.

Online bill pay system is atrocious. Usually ending up in water being shut off and having to come in and pay in person. Backwards thinking especially during a pandemic.
