Hailey is a fantastic. She works fast and does a beautiful job on my wife ombre nails. The salon is easy to find, clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The pedicure massage chairs are comfortable. The lady who did my pedicure did a fantastic job and I would definitely recommend this place to people. The prices were fair and the experience was pleasant. We will definitely be back to see Hailey.

Edit (after owner response): First and last time ever going here. Walked in as a new client, made an appointment, and wanted my gel polish on my toes removed, and added new. Chick took a whole hour to do it. I've had pedicures that went faster than this. Won't be returning. Nice try. I didn't say anything about coming in "this morning". 😉 And yes, I know it's the Frisco location. That's the location I went to (next to the Sonic)!! I came in last week on my lunch break. You apologized for how long it took (a 30 mins job taking AN HOUR) and then blamed me for not communicating to you over the phone that I was on my lunch break. 🤦 Then suggested next time ask for "someone faster". Seriously? What a joke! Now you try and say I didn't come into this location. Oh please! This place is horrible. Apparently the Owner likes to be cute and say "oh you have wrong location". The owner tries this stunt on ANY bad review left behind. Sorry, that's not how it works, Owner. 👍👍👍 Your business will crash if you don't learn to take constructive feedback, learn from it and do better! Go to Bliss Nail Salon across the street! They have excellent service! 💯

I used to be a nail salon hopper until I found this place! I refuse to go anywhere else! I have had the best nails of my life done here! Because I have crooked fingers most places end up making my nails crooked I’ve never had that problem here. 10/10 recommend!
