Ridiculous line! 2 people checking out, at least 3 other workers on the floor and 2 of them are just talking. Self check outs closed, so why have them? Should be obvious to call another checker.

Been going to this location for years. Yesterday I called to inform them that a pair of expensive technical pants that I purchased had ripped while on vacation. The manager Ally answered the phone when I called, and told me I could come in and do a clean exchange. I’ve always really enjoyed this store. The cons 1. Some of the material of the clothing is questionable quality. 2. The men’s section is pretty small at this store.

Nice store but just a tad bit disorganized. I'm not a huge fan of the self check outs but I get it. Keeps the line down. I did have to find someone to check me out since I have military ID and get a discount. Overall, nice store and friendly staff.

They really messed the store design up. Self checkouts were added in what used to be the men’s section. They cut down the amount of clothes they carry in that section as well as made the area extremely cramped to navigate around. It’s a horrible shopping experience and I won’t be returning.
