This was my first time coming here and will be my last time. I purchased the $49 express super clean. I asked the girl at the front if that included detailed cleaning of the outside and inside, she said yes. I asked her a second time and to be specific and asked if they’re for sure going to clean the inside, again she repeated yes. The outside of my car is fine, but the inside all they did was vacuum and put some type of shine. The chairs were not cleaned, the cup holders and door holders were half cleaned. They were more focused on the shining than the actual cleaning. I spoke to a man in a red shirt (I’m guessing he’s the manager) and he said that no to clean the chairs is an extra $54. I am so disappointed. I could’ve taken my $49 somewhere else… if the girl upfront wasn’t sure of what she was saying she should have gotten someone else to verify for her. But no she was quick to take my card and charge me. I’m so livid right now.

Just moved into the area and have tried multiple car wash places and none are as good as legacy car wash. They have free drying towels and free + powerful vacuum’s. I’ve been here 5 times and the service is always consistent with friendly staff. The GM (Charles) makes sure you are well taken care of. Define you recommend!

This is the best car wash in Frisco. They are professional, timely, very friendly and all the employees including the GM are extremely hardworking people. I only come here. Can’t say enough great things about this place, only place you should take your car. I usually get their detailing services and I really appreciate their affordable prices.

Great car wash! Great value, got my car super clean. I enjoyed the free towel dry and vacuums. Great customer service as well. I will definitely frequent this wash in the future. The manager Charles is fantastic!
