This has been a horrible experience. First Laura wasn’t very informative about what options we were to pick out for home. This was our first time buying a home of any kind. Then she lost our paperwork so we had to start over. We were told when home was on sale if we paid 10% down it would lock in that price. That wasn’t the case. We have received the house and the roofline was off by several inches. Causing the ends to bow. Difficult for contractor to get the roof and outside to come together. The inside is even worse. Because roof line is off the inside walls don’t line up. This house was completed in March 2022. The front door handle only opens when turned to right. Door is uneven and sticks. There is a huge nail laying under the vinyl flooring in the master bedroom. Exposed floor nail in hallway between bedrooms. Siding has bent nails and some cracked siding panels. I have had to replace master bedroom faucet because the one installed was broke and leaked. Yes we reported all the issues except the water faucet. They sent out repair person that said this unit should never have left the lot. After that they said everything was suppose to be fixed by the contractor. When contacting them about problems they tired to blame us for not answering their email appropriately. I would never use nor recommend Factory Expo.

They only carry Fleetwood Homes and it costs more than the Golden West I found and fell in love with at the other place. They are out over a year in getting my double wide manufactured home built, delivered and set up. YEEK THATS A LONG TIME. And ....... I have to put down over half before they order it. Yup over $100,000.00. If all goes well I'll be moving to Eagle Creek or right outside of EC. I love Eagle Creek but it's hard to find small acreage and I only want an acre at the most. Anyway next year at this time I will be hopefully getting all settled. I'm very excited, but so very sad. It's been a difficult year- year -1/2. Losing 5- of my closest friends and family - I'm devastated, one day at a time? Oh dear how does this work? I have no one to call or see and I thank you Lord Jesus for all my memories. Thank you
