I’ve always loved the food at Los Cabo’s, but their customer service has gotten worse and worse. I ordered takeout through DoorDash and paid for 5.50$ for what was supposed to be a 16 oz jar of salsa. When I picked up my order there was only 4 oz. The lady argued with me for over five minutes because she didn’t do the math right and tried telling me that 5.50 was the tip amount….. even though it shows the salsa on the receipt and is an option on DoorDash. Mind you, I did pay 5.09 for a tip which I wish I didn’t. I just wanted some extra salsa and she was VERY rude. They blamed the mishap on doordash……. I will not be ordering takeout from there again. Not sure if I’ll ever return, not really worth it. Never know what kind of service you’re going to get.

I always drive by this place and I must say, from the outside YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW what’s inside!!! So beautiful! The staff is so sweet and accommodating, super clean tables and space inside. So much detail in the decorating. Really gives you a wonderful experience. Of course the food is amazing and for all of that… they still keep their prices affordable. I think we found our new favorite spot!! We brought our kids and we all loved it so much.

Mari is the best waitress!! We love the food and don’t get me started on the Margaritas she makes!! It’s the best locally owed Mexican restaurant in Woodburn!! You must try the Enchiladas Suizas!!

It is very clear that the children must be running this restaurant. I don't believe the same owners that used to own it are running it anymore. the simple fact that service was a zero. I asked for a taco salad but to substitute chicken for the ground beef and what I got was literally a taco salad shell with chicken and a little bit of lettuce and some cheese on top. That is not the usual taco salad and he plays ever. The other half got a combo plate with a taco and enchilada and then it was very Bland run-of-the-mill microwave. It's bad to me that this place has taken such a nosedive downhill from the last time we were here less than a year ago. Be surrounding and decorations are still bright and cheery and give you a nice feel Mexico and Cabo San Lucas so that's fitting.
