The Waterview location in Rowlett TX seems to literally be ran by kids. Walked in everyone's sitting down on their phones. Yelling loudly across the store at each other. 2 orders on screen that no one's started. Also they haven't updated menu prices on the Display screens so I paid more than originally intended for less food. Need an actual adult in the building to supervise what's going on.

It would be great to give you feedback on your website but there's no option for that. The pizza is good, the service is fair. Is it too much to ask that the items on my receipt are given to me? Missing a salad, missing the extra dipping sauces, missing the customer love. This is good pizza for a chain but if you can't get your service right, I'll find some place that can.

Food is great but they have an attitude. Absolutely no customer service or accountability for their mistakes. So if they get your order right you will enjoy great food. If they don't... don't expect them to do anything or care. Their wings are soggy too. Taste is great but they need to leave it in the deep fryer longer bc it taste microwaved.
