Called store 8405 Lakeview Parkway, Rowlett, TX 75088 at 8:33 pm to place an order store hours 11am to 9pm. I was informed they were completely closed and after I said how can you be closed your hours posted show this store closes at 9pm her answer was to hang up on me. Very unprofessional. Do not go to this location.

We come to this little caesars every so often. Today 7/1/22 we placed an order at 5:30pm the time for our order to be ready was SUPPOSED to be 5:45pm. It is now 6:15 and we are still waiting on our order. There is a staff of 4 people and the 3 in the back are SLOW! Like staring at molasses drip slow. They said 1/2 hour ago that I only had one pizza in my order left. Ive been waiting for that ONE pizza for almost 40 minutes! One girl that was working the front was the only one doing anything. I had no idea it took this long to make one pizza. Who ever the GM is needs to review this store because the crew that was here not long ago ROCKED! they need to light a fire ubder their butts and get moving when they have a crowd out the door trying to get their pizzas! UGH

Terrible customer service. First of all I’ve called twice to order or with questions about about item on menu and both times rude as$ ladies pick up with Bad tone. Second time I called the lady put me on hold and I had to hang up after 20 minutes of being on hold. I could here them bickering in the back ground not taking orders. All in all terrible experience and I’ll have to make the extra 10 minute drive if I want to get little Caesar’s somewhere else

Speedy service. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and I was in a rush. I waled in and bought 4 pizzas and 2 sodas and it was only $24. That's what I like about Little Caesars Pizza, they live up to their name of ready-made-hot-pizzas. That's what I expect and that's what I get each time. This place is clean and there were a lot of people when I walked in. It was after 6pm on a Friday evening and there were lots of pizzas ready to go. Love the food, the service and the friendliness.
