The customer service was good but that's about all I can say good about this place. The pool was closed, the ice machine was broken. There was no A/C in the elevator, hallway or fitness center. The whole place is in bad need of a face lift, it's very outdated. Our room was not the cleanest in the world. I'm glad I brought sanitizing wipes. The nightstand had some kind of black sticky substance on it, the carpet didn't look the cleanest, the blow dryer in the bathroom had some kind of brown gunk on it. The whole room just disgusted me. There was dog feces in the hallway, it was definitely not worth the price we paid for the room. I will never stay there again. I do not recommend this hotel.

Great place. Would stay here again. I really liked how every room is a suite with a little sitting area. The breakfast was amazing. The hot food was different every day. One day was sausage and biscuits another was sausage, ham, and eggs. The beds were amazing. The mattress was good quality and there was a mattress topper on them. The rooms were clean. Under the mini fridge was dirty and looked liked the fridge had defrosted there and wasn't cleaned up. Some of the furniture had a little wear on it, but nothing bad.There was a little trouble with the hot water one night, but we didn't bother calling the front desk as it was our last night so that's on us. Pet friendly and nice location. They have bobtail semi parking and would probably let you park with a trailer as long as you stayed out of the way. Several semis with trailers parked at the end of the road beside it. Not too hard to get to even with construction.

The room smelt dirty when we walked in! Upon checking everything in the room it was obvious the room had not been cleaned correctly. The pullout sofa had bugs, stains and had a nasty smell. The bathroom had mold everywhere. The chair from the desk had so many stains on it. I needed to iron but there was no ironing board. Breakfast was pretty bad. No decaf coffee. There was like a spoon of eggs. No one came to refill. There was hardly anything else to choose from. This was the worst Comfort Suites I’ve ever stayed at. Never again will I stay here. I paid 249.00 for Friday and Saturday. It was definitely a rip off!

I have read a few of these reviews, I really hate that enough though a hotel is a little out dated or building is old yall put it down. I love this hotel. i love the employees which are only a few. They run that hotel like they are full staffed and they are not. The manager is always there Stephanie is an amazing lady. Works hard to make sure we have what we need. The lady at night Erika is a wonderful lady. these ladies work hard. it may need tender loving care but that what they are doing. i much rather have staff that goes out of the way than a million dollar room. come on people show some respect. I come here every week for my doctors app..
