Order was correct took longer than told. Once recieved the ingredients were skimpy at best and there was no sauce at all. Mostly dough and cheese. For the price it was a total waste.will not do this again...

Papa Johns always has the best pizza but there should be checks and balances. This store is another thing to be desired. The driver should have check the order before making the delivery. My order consisted of a Papa Johns Works, Cookie and 2 (2) liters of MD. What i received was 1(2) liter of MD. Either the driver made a mistake of not getting it or decided to keep the bottle himself. Bad business practice. Always check you order twice when you get it. Lesson Learned. Papa Johns is not like the old Papa Johns where they care about the customer.

The pizza was a mess & looked like they dropped it or shook the box. The girl on the phone didn't understand, but repeated the order fine. They delivered the same messed up order 2 Times & the delivery guy tried to tell me I didn't tip him 1st time? It was strange & a Horrible Experience. Maybe they were having a REALLY off day, but I won't be ordering from there again.

I really enjoy Papa John's and this is the closest location to me so I keep trying to give them a chance. My order has been messed up several times. On another occasion I came in 20 minutes after the estimated pickup time just to be told it wasn't even in the oven yet and would be 30 more minutes. From the time I put my order in to the time I got my food it took an hour and a half, with 30 of that being waiting in the store. My last experience is described in the picture. This is the worst cut I've seen in person before.
