Usually has been ok, but now they’re so unorganized and have no idea whats going on. Also apparently they make their own menu at this location. You could order from their website and it states the famous bowl comes with a cookie but the employee said it doesn’t come with that combo anymore. On top of that they put 5 pieces of popcorn chicken which is significantly less than any other time I’ve ordered this and the Website even shows 10 on top. Tough times I guess, but there’s too many other places to give money to

Under new management and ownership. I have had nothing but bad experiences here. On three occasions they have messed up my order. I went back and complained the last two times and the manager they have on staff ( he’s always there) literally questioned my integrity! When you try to reach them by phone their line is constantly busy. Will definitely not be going back there and advise all who do please make sure you triple check your order before driving off.

Every time I go here the food is perfect and Hot! The employees here are always super nice and have big warm smiles on their faces every time. Yesenia is my favorite, she is always in a great mood and even knows my order better than I do, she’s an amazing employee with a great team and I will keep eating here because of them!!

They must have had a really off day because my food came with extra items of which shouldn't be ingested. They use to be good precovid. So for now, a score of 2 but hopefully they'll be back on track when this ends. Thank you for the offer of 11$ off but i won't be back anytime soon. However, i never received the email it claims was sent. Maybe after the pandemic I'll return.
