Positive: Very professional staff that addressed my needs / questions. Very clean! Very comfortable room. Negative: The fact that there is no store within walking distance.

This hotel was disappointing, which is a shame as I’ve always had good luck with this brand. Soap dish was ripped off the wall, toilet paper holder was broken. (When we told the front desk, their response was “we know” but no one mentioned it when we checked in). Elevator was very close to our room and I underestimated other peoples ability to be courteous and quiet in the hallways. The elevator smelled of burnt rubber. A dog was barking randomly for several hours one evening. On a positive note, we had hot water and plenty of nice towels. According to some of the reviews, that is something to be grateful for.

Positive: Everything was good! Unfortunately, I was admitted to the hospital Friday morning and was not able to continue my stay. I¿m coming back in June and will be making another reservation soon. Negative: Nothing I can think of

Positive: Nothing. I traveled 10 hrs and arrived at 7pm on Friday. I had foot surgery 1 week before and was informed the elevator was broken. They only have 1?? Now I'm scampering, trying to find a place to stay. Negative: No elevator and I had surgery. Couldnt climb stairs to the 4th floor. Had to search for a place to stay after driving 10 hrs. If you can't climb stairs to the 4th floor you better call the hotel and verify their only elevator works!
