Shady place. Son went in to get an estimate on iPhone and was happy with the cost. He went back to get a written estimate so we could file with our insurance to help with the cost. Now that previous verbal free quote changed to $55 for a written quote. When I called to ask as it sounded odd, I was met with a not so friendly person. Now I get the idea and after conversation it was explained that the $55 would come off the full bill. It seems very shady that you can get a free verbal quote but to write it on paper costs $55 is dirty pool. And to not disclose that and be told “well he didn’t ask” is someone that is awesome (sarcasm) at customer service and transparency. So at the end of they day my money will gladly go to someone less shady and maybe this tool will evolve into a better business person.
