Went through the drive thru for our order, yet unfortunately our order was upside down and got dumped at home losing the gravy on the floor, so has to go back and get more Plus ordered more chicken strips! Just a little inconvenience. The food was good though.

Dine in was closed leaving the drive through line very long. Person in front of me had issues with his order so it was adding extra wait time for them to sort it out. I ordered a large mashed potatoes and a large gravy. Got to the hospital and did not have the gravy. It was not worth the time to go back and get it because of the long drive through line.

The wing in my 2 pc meal. Really, it's only 2/3s of a wing but I guess it gets points for the crispy feather spines! Took it to the counter, no "sorry, we will get you another". He said it was a wing😐. Left it on the counter and left.

The orders got mixed up, didn't get salad dressing, the baked potato wasn't done...hard on the inside...others at the table had the same problems. The steak was a lot small than expected. It was disappointing. The waitress did try though.!
