Had to wait 15 mins at the drive through and line was not moving. Went inside to order and even they took longer. Employees werent rude or anything but were too slow. 30 mins for a whopper meal is too long!!!!

Worse customer service. Was in drive thru 39 minutes and hadn’t made my order. Worker was very rude. He was yelling, screaming on speaker to the car in front of me and then me when I pulled up to order. Still had to wait in line due to him being unable to hear my order as well as the person in front of me. Will never come back to this Burger King!! Whole staff need to be disciplined!

I always ask for mozzarella sticks and nuggets and the nuggets are always rock hard and never in good conditions and the mozzarella sticks are always hard as well, the workers are always just socializing and don't get the orders right because of how distracted they are. It's always something wrong or missing in my order & they need to do a better job .

I loved the Impossible Whopper but I always ask for not pickles and today they gave me pickles and it even says on the wrapping NO pickles. It’s so annoying
