First time here. Had reserved seating, waited 2 hours and had to go to the bar for 1 drink. Our waitress never came to our table. Deliberately skipped our table, served everyone around us. How is it we get there before people they get food and drinks and leave... but the waitress checks everyone around us but us. Like we tip big money. Don't judge a book by its cover. Left by 3rd hour of waiting and called the manager but he or she never came :( If your not a regular and are black or Hispanic expect the black waitress to not service you. Horrible! shame on you girls.

Went for a party reservation and waited for service. Waitress finally came and took a order for 2 waters. 30 minutes later other part of the party showed up and we still don't have our waters. When we told the bartender who was serving us we told him who she was and said she don't remember taking a water order. 30 more minutes and still no server has come to check on us. It's isn't that busy at the tables so I don't see where the problem with service was when 2 other tables that came in after us she serviced sitting directly next to our table. We were looking forward to ordering food and drinks but after that experience will not be back.

I'd give it a rating but i never got served. It's my birthday at least take my drink order . 🗑️
