We opened a ticket and we had a maintenance team knocking on the door 10 minutes later. The issue was resolved in the following 15 minutes. THANK YOU!!!

I loved living here! I was really sad to leave. Esther and the rest of the staff were all so great and made coming home enjoyable. It is also a very well-built building - we never heard any noise from neighbors. The building was also very clean. Prices were fair for the area. Just like any big complex they do raise rent, so just be aware. The one and only negative experience we had here was a building wide leak that caused damage to our den area. The contractors were in and out of our apt for about 4 weeks which was not ideal while working from home. Kelvin was reasonable though and ended up giving a discount on our rent. I would recommend living in Liberty Tower!

While the location is awesome, and the renovated units look nice - avoid at all costs! Since moving in we have had multiple leaks from upper floors. It seems like every other month they have a new set of fans running down in the lobby to dry out whatever the newest leak is. The water never gets hot, there is nonstop highly intrusive construction sounds that can be heard multiple floors away, and very poor sound insulation to the outside. The entire construction quality of this building is extremely poor. On top of that, the leasing/management team is especially bad. They fail to notify residents in a timely or regular manner of the nonstop issues throughout the building. The team has also tried to increase our monthly bill in the middle of our contract and only reversed it when we caught them and threatened to escalate to corporate. Save yourself the headache and live in different building, there are a lot of great ones around here.
