Absolutely terrible. Roach infestations, utilities simply not working occasionally, and some of the worst price gouging I’ve ever seen is what you can expect here. Insanely overpriced and cheap units coupled with the always over the estimated cost in monthly fees, I’m not quite sure why anybody would stay beyond their required lease time. Don’t make the mistake of renting here.

Crystal L is a phenomenal professional. She greets the residents and makes sure that our packages are placed in the boxes and gets to residents. She goes above and beyond to assist with packages when residents are having a issue.

Great place, just moved in and this place met all my expectations! Mike was very helpful and set me up with everything I needed. But ever since first day I moved in there is a Pee smell in back entrance of building 2 that has been there for over a week! Besides that, everything is great so far.

Loved here for three years now and it has been a great experience. Had a concern with a broken shower faucet on a Friday night and my man Prince from maintenance came and fixed it in no time. Level of service he provided was superior. Reason I don’t move!
