Update - They are plesant until they aren't. Things continue to go downhill. Garage doors have been broken since there was snow on the ground causing several vehicle break in, and stolen tires. Trash is left behind by maintenance in the garage, the elevator, stairwell emergency lighting and trash chute has been broken for months (and ive reported it mysel) and most recently I have been unable to get a callback back from managemet for months, i have called, sent messages thru the resident portal, and emailed. Last week the the APM Anise told me Management is unavailabe, with no time frame on when I could get a return call, seriously? The smell of weed fills the hallways and since my new neighbors my unit, and this was SUPPOSED TO BE A smoke free community. And the halls have dark spots, that I have asked them to take care off. BUT please do not complain or put in work request, becuase you will end up like me given a non-renewal notice, and fun fact they can do it with no real reason cause or justice. Ive have had medication stolen from my doorway, medication forgotten about in the office and all I wanted was a resolution so I could be a peace here. With the amounts of move-outs, you would think they would want to keep residents that follow the rules. I think I forgot to mention that when I asked to move to a unit on the top floor shortly after moving in, I was told it was a $1000 lease break fee. Photos coming. My unit is still beautiful, spacious, love the floor plan, great balcony size. LOVE that I can choose to have A/C in the winter. The staff (Lillian, Karen and Brandon) are very welcoming, personable and helpful. --they ar no longer here, And considering I pay all utilites they arent has high as I thought, efficent appliances. BUT response to maintence request can be a bit delayed and the noise is overwhelming. I can hear the elevator or people in the hall from one bedroom, the cars reeving up outside other residents yelling playing loud music all hours of the night from the other and my upstairs neighbor frequent early hours thumping and banging does cause renter remorse. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Love the community hate the rats in the parking garage but I know they are working on it!! Close to my job, pet friendly community! My dog enjoys the dog park!

The community in general is pathetic. I’ve had a broken door since the first month here. I have called and opened various tickets and nobody has come to fix it. The trash chute is always overflowing. The food disposal drain is always clogged. The tubs have been clogged for months. They close tickets without solving them. I work from home. When they ACTUALLY come by they do the work. But most of the time tickets are closed without action.
