They are very, very discriminatory. I went to SBIR for a grant for my accelerated plant grower invention based on past scientist N. Tesla theory. I have working prototypes, they are not interested even though there is a food shortage in some areas, and I have breakthrough research, and it works for land plants and aquatic plants. All sorts of obstacles they create, they seem not only insincere but shortsighted. I find them degrading and racist.
