My phone worked, but had a small crack in screen. It did not affect the operation of the phone. I went to replace the screen for the crack, and this store broke my phone further. Now my whole screen doesn't work. They performed the work, failed, then handed me my now broken phone for me to repair. I would not recommend this store.

I have tried to work through the repair for an LG refrigerator using Asurion in Alexandria, VA. The repair has currently taken over three months. The technician has made multiple visits, and although he is working hard, none of his repairs have corrected the problem. In addition to not properly troubleshooting the problem, Asurion has not effectively communicated with LG. I can no recommend Asurion at this time.

Took my phone at 4 pm, said it would be done in a hour, after emailing and saying they stay open until 7pm. Called at 6 wondering why I had not received a call to not only find out they closed at 5pm but will he closed for 2 days! No one mentioned anything when taking my phone. I now have to buy another phone this evening because they took my phone histage for 2 days with no notice! DO NOT go to this location

I wish I could give it less than one star. I booked an appointment online for 10am. I tried calling a few days prior to make sure they could conduct the hardware repair I needed. No answer. The morning of my repair came and I drove to their storefront to see a paper sign saying they didn’t open until noon. Their website did not have any mention of limited hours and it still allowed me to make an appointment for 10am. I called the help line and finally got through to someone, they moved my appointment to 12 because I didn’t have a dozen other errands to run obviously. I saw an employee walking into the store and tried to get their attention to ask if I could just drop my laptop off. I don’t think he heard me but I did knock on the door for a minute or two and he just ignored it. I found someone else to repair my laptop same day. Customer service representatives were rather rude on the phone and would just keep saying “yes, okay exactly” when I would ask questions or describe the issue I was having. I received a phone call from the store at 1125 stating they cannot conduct my repair because they’re not working on laptops at this time. Why even have an option for a laptop repair appointment on the website if that is the case?? I’m sure this company does some okay work but just take it to your local repair shops and save the hassle. Support small businesses and not this Mickey Mouse organization.

Possibly. They are the only certified Samsung repair center in the area so they should have the parts/could order them. They'd have to see what all is wrong with it before giving a definitive answer
I do not. You should call the store and ask
You should call directly to the store.
No we are closed Thanksgiving Day but open normal hours on Friday
