Was supposed to get a package delivered, but it was put into the wrong mailbox. Called in, staff wasn’t really helpful. Didn’t get my package. Not the first time something like this has happened, this place has the worst costumer service.

Moved to Woodburn a year ago, and this is one of the friendliest post offices I've ever been to! They are patient and helpful every time I go.

I don't understand all of the bad reviews because this is the most helpful post office I have ever been to. Gary (I think that's his name) is always willing to help and goes above and beyond to help. I've never had a bad experience here. I hope Gary stays forever!!

If you think the post office is terrible then you ain’t seen nothing yet! This place is the one that is telling the rest to hold their beer. It makes setting yourself on fire seem like a holiday. Constantly changing hours with some of the worst customer service. Unless you enjoy being treated like utter garbage that is. If you’re masochistic you’ll love this place. Leave a bad review, it’s the post office, they couldn’t care any less whether they destroyed a prized heirloom or ruined your wedding day. They don’t have to.

Nope, new stamp required. The old stamp was already processed.
If you call the Woodburn post office (not 800#) and speak to the supervisor, they should be able to figure out what the problem us and speak to the carrier about their mistakes.
