I went by and viewed these lovely apartment homes on Wednesday. I had the pleasure of working with Melissa! She was awesome and very professional. I knew upon leaving that I wanted to make this my new home as this will be my first townhome. I love everything about it and I can’t wait to move in!!! Thank you Melissa for your awesomeness!! Long story short I've been here barely 3 months and I wish I didn't move here. If you can afford to move some where else I strongly advise to do so. The apartments was not my cup of tea exterior wise to begin with but for price of an unrenovated unit it's affordable and the surrounding areas is nice. Other than that keep it moving!

Been here for 4 years. The first 2 were decent. Since then it has done nothing but go downhill. Nobody ever answers the phone. Maintenance hasn't fixed anything for over a year. Several cars were broken into a few weeks ago including mine. Then 4 days after I got it back fixed... my entire car was stolen. There are no cameras anywhere to see any crime that happens. This place has gotten ridiculous and it's time to move. The only reason I've stayed is because it's a decent price for the space I get with the townhome.
