First of all, I don’t usually give a bad review but this place is beyond bad. I use to go to this place when a woman takes care of it and i have no issues. But now it’s a guy and he said that the woman before was his ex- wife.Anyway, i brought 2 pants, 2 dress shirts, 2 suit and a long dress last week. He said i can pick it up yesterday. I decided to pick it up today. When i came, he was sitting in the chair, i gave him the claiming stub for the clothes. He went at the back and look for it and told me that it’s not done if i would like to wait for 10 minutes or come back. He insisted that i should wait in my car. 10 minutes became over half an hour. Basically, he’s just working on the clothes at that moment. After over half an hour, he called me in my car and showed me the clothes. I said, my husband shirt is light purple, not white. He asked me in annoying manner of what size and brand that shirt is. I don’t really know, between his shirt and my sons, i don’t remember the brand and sizes. And isn’t he’s suppose to have a matching tag for the clothes? And then, he said my total was $75 something but because I waited, he’ll just charge me $70. I didn’t say anything, I was so furious, he let me wait, lost my husband’s shirt and charge a lot for it. Please everyone, don’t waste your time and money in this place. It was also dirty and clutters everywhere. All the good reviews was from before so look for a better dry cleaner that will care for you and your clothes. Also, this guy doesn’t even bother to wear a mask. 🤬

When was the last time you went to pick up your items at the cleaner, with your claim ticket, and had to describe your items so that they could be located? If there was a way to give zero stars on a review, I would. My husband dropped off 5 dress shirts on May 10, 2021 and given a ticket stating they would be ready on May 13. Sometime during the week of May 17 (on a weekday during business hours), he went to retrieve his shirts. The business was closed, with a sign saying they were getting their first COVID shot. Fair enough, A week later, he returned. Again, the business was closed, this time with a note saying they were getting their second COVID shot. Well, timing doesn't seem right, but again, ok. Another week later, after the Memorial Day weekend, my husband returned to find another note on a locked door, this time stating the business was closed for Memorial Day weekend...for A WEEK. At this point, my husband placed a call to the business with his concern that he had been continually unable to pick up his shirts and inquiring when they would be open. We never received a call back. The following week, the sign on the locked door stated they were closed for personal reasons. A follow-up visit two days later yielded no different results. Yesterday, June 10th, a full month after the shirts were dropped off, I found the doors finally open. I presented my claim ticket, which the proprietor took, examined, and looked up in his system. Then he asked me what color the shirts were. I told him I did not know as they were my husband's shirts that he had dropped off himself. So he asked me what size they were. Not remembering exact measurements, I told him "large". THEN he asked me what BRAND they were. Again, not know which shirts they were, I had no idea what brand they were. The proprietor's next series of responses were baffling. He first indicated that he would not be able to locate using the number on my claim ticket (what???), and then in response to my stare down, he said he would go locate them using the number, told me to take a seat, and disappeared into the back of his store. Several minutes later, he came out triumphantly with a shirt. He found a shirt. Great. He disappeared again for many, many minutes and returned with two more shirts, asking if they were mine. Yes, I identified them as mine; however, it was at this point that I noticed the first shirt he had brought me did not, in fact, belong to my husband. I told him so and he sheepishly agreed that, yes, that was the wrong shirt. Then he asked me AGAIN, what color the other three shirts were. Hmmmm.....I still don't really know. He disappears. When he returns, he tells me the other shirts are dark and, therefore, couldn't be washed with the light shirts, so THEY ARE STILL WET. Still wet??? A month after they should have been ready for pick-up?! I told him I didn't care and that I would take them as is. At this point, I worried if I left them, I would never see them again. He disappeared again, eventually bringing out one wet, wrinkled shirt at a time (only one of which, I noted, was actually a dark shirt). He then waved me out the door without taking or asking for payment. Probably because the next gentleman in line was there to pick up 15 shirts. I was truly appalled. I have never encountered such ineptitude in any business. The shop itself was a mess; bags of garbage and other detritus shoved into corners; the clothing racks nearly empty; piles of clothing on the floor. The owner seemed completely unaware or indifferent to the fact that his "business practice" was sub-par at best. Take your items here and leave them at your peril.

He lost my duvet and then blamed me for it because he didn’t know what a duvet is. I don’t write bad reviews, I was perfectly fine waiting patiently for him to find it when he became clearly stressed in the extremely messy environment and lashed out at me. Mistakes happen and I would not be writing this if he would have remand professional. The first time I came to pick it up there machine was broken and I had to come back later. I agreed without even complaining that I drove all the way there because no one called me to tell me it wasn’t ready. Then when he finally found it this time he said it was ready on time but I had given him the wrong name. That what I gave him was not a duvet cover. I corrected him multiple times when he repeated back duvet cover and he still tried to say that’s what I said. Then changed his approach to it not being a duvet at all. In case he is reading this there is a reason a duvet cover is called a duvet cover and that’s because it goes over the duvet. So there is a difference between a duvet and a duvet cover. Bottom line the conversation never needed to happen. I would have been perfectly fine waiting until he figured it out, paying, and leaving. The fact that he needed to argue with me to make himself feel better was very childish. I will not be returning to this extremely messy, unorganized, and unprofessional dry cleaner again.
