So friendly, and great prices, I’m planning to be a regular. Oh, wait, I am already.

Great service and quality work. All laundry and dry cleaning performed in own plants. Highly recommend.

Great service at a reasonable price. The same day service for an extra fee is well worth it if you need it. But you need to get there early to get it the same day. Having a cleaner with same day service on a Saturday is awesome when you are just home for the weekend and need suits freshened up before you head out again.

I have been going here for over a year. They are friendly, well-priced, and conveniently located. Recently, though, I have had several issues with buttons falling apart on my shirts. Six months ago, I began noticing that they would leave notes on my hangers saying "We replaced a button free of charge." I initially thought this was great, and made sure to handle the buttons on my dress shirts with more care. Three months ago, I put on a freshly-laundered dress shirt from them and a button fell apart. By this I mean, it cracked in half, which meant I couldn't button up my shirt properly. I took it back to them, stated the issue, and they replaced the button for free. These are not cheap dress shirts either - they are a quality brand and cost me at least $70 per shirt. This cracked button issue has happened four different times now. One shirt was so bad that four buttons were already cracked before I put the shirt on, and easily broke apart with only the slightest amount of pressure. I took this shirt in and, because they had replaced the buttons on my shirts so often (I assume because of the same issue), there were no more new buttons to replace the ones that broke. They were willing to replace the broken buttons for free, which is great, but they had no buttons in stock that matched the original buttons. They said they would place an order for new buttons and call me when they got in so I could look at them to make sure they were what I wanted. This was at least three weeks ago; I haven't heard from them. At that point, I was on the fence about whether or not to continue using their services. A week after I showed them the above shirt with four broken buttons, I went to a professional conference and AGAIN a button cracked in half on one of my shirts they had cleaned. So, while I appreciate their great customer service, I will no longer be a customer with them. I've never had this issue with other dry cleaners I've used in the past. This may not be everyone's experience with them, and I almost never provide online reviews, but my experience has been that frustrating and disappointing that I wanted to share it with others.
