I’ve come here often for cleaning/pressing services, which I’ve always been pleased with. Recently, I dropped off a jacket with a zipper that wasn’t functioning and asked for the zipper to be replaced. I discovered after picking it up and returning home that they did not replace it but instead just put the old zipper pulls back on, but when I returned to the shop was assured that they had fixed it. I had given it a couple attempts at home and it hadn’t unzipped, so I left upset, mistakenly thinking the fix they made didn’t work. John gave me a personal call after I left and offered to have his ‘zipper guy’ give it another shot, to which I agreed. I was mortified after getting off the phone with him and giving the zipper pulls one more (stronger) yank, to discover that while initially stiff, the zipper did indeed work again! So, I’d like to announce publicly how much I appreciate his emphasis on customer service, and let people know they can trust Veribest with more challenging clothing projects!

Veribest cleaner service is great. They make it so easy to have my dry cleaning done without driving to their store as they pick it up on Mondays and drop them back to my front door on Thursday. Perfectly done and over with. They have my credit card on file and charge it when I use the service. It is just perfect deal. I love it.

Their service & quality is outstanding. I would like to continue using them; I cannot afford them! I'm living disability from social security. Unfortunately, we do pay for what we get! This service is another example of how unfair life has really become! The only way to get OUTSTANDING anything is to Pony up the duckets regardless of what your income will support. I would absolutely recommend this dry cleaner; just bring your fat rich wallet.
