I don't know the lady who is a manager there but she has a heart of goal. One Sunday night I came in trying to help a struggling single mother with 4 kids get them something to eat. When told the manger my issue and my limited funds she took action without notice. She made sure every child had a hot meal. When I told her I was gonna get all I could with $10 she blessed those children. Originallyi had planned on buying me something until I saw the children hungry. That's how I know there are good people in the world

I am from Texas and LOVE Whataburger! I was over the moon excited when I learned Southaven and Memphis were building new Whataburgers. We had to wait outside for about 5 minutes before we were let in. We then ordered in about five more minutes. We had to wait for about 15 minutes for our food. My fries were piping hot but my burger was barely warm. It was still delicious! Will go back very soon.

Clean location with great service. I'm a big fan of Whattaburger and every time I visit Texas, if it was up to me, I would just get a #2 with Jalapeno Ranch to dip my fries in every day.

The staff is so unprofessional. If you ask a question they get fed up. The staff Always has an attitude when we come. The last few times I’ve came , at the window they don’t even say hello or goodbye or anything just super dry and honestly it’s really uncomfortable and I try my best to avoid this location. I feel like management needs to re-train them in customer service or social skills.
