It's totally free and you can even use the pool. They have Aqua Fit (water aerobics) classes. Very good on the joints but still a nice workout.

They have a silver sneaker logo on the door so I'm sure there some special program offered.

$24.99/month for single club, $29.99/month for multi club for each additional person. Usually they will send offers by email to get a family member or friend to sign up with no initiation fee.

Actually you can pay the daily fee, $15, to use the basketball court for that day. As long as you are over 18 years of age and bring an ID.

Thanks! Hi all, just to update, courts here are only racquet ball, not squash. Please note that there is a huge difference. Even the staff didn't seem to know much about it. And quite a crappy place if i may say so.

Membership fees range anywhere from 25 to around 40 dollars a month depending on your preferred privilege level. There us also an initial signup fee. Amenities include basketball courts, swimming pool, raquetball courts, sauna amd even a child care center. This facility has an entire room dedicated to bikes with probably around 30 or 40 of them. The bottom floor is mainly weights and machines with the upper floor being predominantly dedicated to cardiovascular activity. Hope that helps!
