Scam scam scam. During covid they still charged everyone the monthly fee. Reasoning was that they still provided “videos” online. Called to cancel. Account was never closed - now I have a negative mark on my credit score bc of them. Don’t waste your time or money on this pos over priced gym.

I love this gym. It's a great deal, especially with The Grind. The employees are always super nice and Greg especially has been incredibly helpful. Nicole, Brad, and Steph are amazing! They make you feel at home and make The Grind way less intimidating. I actually look forward to going because of them!

No, although it does have space to train that way if desired. There are two areas for cross training and cross fit type workouts along with machines and free weights.
