Great availability of specialty batteries for almost anything and very helpful staff. Their standard batteries that you can find anywhere (i.e. AA, CR2032 coin cell, etc.) are rather pricey, so I mainly go here for special needs.

I was expecting to have to get a new battery for my car. Trevor came out in 20 degree weather & tested the battery. Battery was in great shape, so then he checked and cleaned the connections, and all is good. That's the only place I'll go for battery help.

I brought my car in today because it was having problems starting, and Justin quickly diagnosed it as corroded terminal connections to the battery. A few quick snips and replacement terminals, and it was taking a charge again - which was good, because I still have memories of having to replace the alternator on my previous car, and I don't want to repeat that with this one. Knowing that the alternator wasn't the issue this time was a HUGE relief! The whole process took maybe 20 minutes, during which time Justin also replaced the one corroded battery terminal in my mom's car as well. Again, he was quick and efficient, giving us instructions on what to watch for in the future and the best way for me to restore a full charge to my car's battery. I will absolutely be back any time I need battery help. Thanks again, Justin!

They sold me a battery that wouldn’t hold a charge after less than a year. I took the battery back for testing and they told me it was good. I ended up stranded and had to call AAA when my car wouldn’t start the next day. It also cost me $500 to have a shop perform a load test on my car just to have them tell me the battery was actually testing terribly. New battery from a different source and my car is now working fine.

We do recycle these. However we have to charge $1.50 a pound to do so properly. Please make sure they are sorted by like types, ie- Alkaline, lithium, Nickle Metal Hydride etc. We have to charge $5 for unsorted batteries.
Yes
Those are proprietary batteries. The company who makes the electric vehicle would be the best place to purchase from.
