Probably one of the worst Chipotle’s i’ve even been to. When picking the meat, I chose the Pollo Asado but there was barely any left in the container. Instead of advising me that more was coming or asking if i wanted a different meat option, the worker scraped the bottom of the container for the leftover burnt bits and gave me a scoop that had roughly 5 pieces of chicken… I spoke up and asked for regular chicken instead but had I not said anything, the worker would’ve continued on with serving me just the scraps. The portions for the rest of the items were also small compared other locations. The overall size of my bowl was probably half of what is normally served. Don’t waste your time coming to this location.

Chipotle has been hit or miss for me. Pretty reasonably priced and the online ordering is pretty smooth. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. My order is always made accurately, quality is usually good. Had an issue with a pick-up order placed in the app, orders weren't being placed on the pick-up shelf but were held behind the counter. Nice overall though.

Do not shop at this location. The rice was unseasoned, the fajitas weren't cooked, and there were no chips or corn salsa, this location NEVER has chips by dinnertime. The employees also don't know how to roll the burritos, they came apart in the wrapper and leaked all over the bag on the drive home. Thankfully we used to work for chipotle and were able to reroll it when we got home. This is severely below standard and we will not be returning to this location again. The store is also FILTHY, it looks like they don't clean the floors at all. All of the garbage cans were so full you couldn't cram another napkin in.

Wish we could get a better Chipotle here in Bellingham, as I’ve been to several around the country and this one is the worst. They’re frequently out of staple items like chicken or sofritas, the dining area is often dirty, and the food is hit or miss, depending I suppose on who made it. A few weeks ago I ordered a burrito for pickup and showed up at the designated time. It took a few extra minutes- no problem there- but when I took my first bite a minute or two later, the rice was cold and the cheese was unmelted. I’ve had mediocre experiences at this location before but keep coming back because it’s very close to where I work and being able to order pickup after a long day is great, plus I really enjoy the sofritas which is a Chipotle-exclusive ingredient. That was the last time though. Basically the only things you need to ensure when making a burrito are that the food is inside of the tortilla and it’s hot. Going to give my money to nearby New Mexico Tamale Company from now on instead.
