After driving 45 minutes to the only local total Wireless location I get there to see the store in complete disarray. The woman was absolutely unprofessional with phones and jewelry laying all over the counters and maybe two of the 20 open spots for phones to be displayed we're being used. She actually recommended we leave and bring our business elsewhere. That is absolutely bad for business.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. Oh boy I would. First thing I noticed is that all the phones are set up with NO details next to the phones. You have no idea what the phone is or how much it is worth. Then I explain to the woman behind the counter that I am already a total wireless customer and just really need a new phone. She tells me I should just go to Wal-Mart. When I tell her walmart doesn't have the phone I want she then trys to sell me that phone...FROM AN OPEN PACKAGE THATS MISSING ITS CHARGER. Not only was it open but she tried to sell it for 100$ more than total wireless online sells the same phone (exact phone down to the color). I am just blown away at the state of this store and lack of professionalism.

Miss Candy is wonderful true. Where she lags is in properly displaying her opening times on her shop which said 9am... so I just spent an hour waiting assuming she would be in any second because her open sign says 9am
