I really like this place a little higher on stuff but otherwise it's ok I love shopping here better prices on sheets than Walmart and very easy to get a credit card here(their credit)

This is a really nice big lots! They have a little bit of everything for great prices. Bought a couch from here for an amazing price and the staff helped to load it into our truck after we paid.

This was my first visit to this location and I was very disappointed with 2 things. First thing is the coupons, if you’re a rewards member. It’s really inconvenient having to go into your email while trying to check out in order to find the 15-20% off coupon. They need to be connected to your account so when you input your phone number or get the cashier to scan your rewards barcode, the coupons come up. The manager and what I’m assuming was the assistant manager we’re very rude to myself & my friend while we were trying to ask about the coupons. I will Never visit this location again. They also had wrong items mixed in with their display on the 3 day only deals. They missed out on a sale because one of the managers said he took the sign down which didn’t make any sense because I stated, the red toasters were mixed in with the stainless steel ones. They should have honored the sale price since we got it from their display. I’m very disappointed and do not appreciate the attitude of the 2 managers up front behind the counter. I will be contacting the corporate office to further discuss our experience here and suggest they add coupons to customers accounts to speed up the checkout process in the future.
