I’m currently being seen for a drug screening and physical for a job here , and it my second time doing so at this office. The first time wasn’t so bad , the front desk ladies are always rude and act as if my presence is a major Inconvenience. This current visit nothing has changed about the staff but my appointment was at 7am . It’s currently 7:40 and I still haven’t been seen. And I’m the only patient that is in here this morning and the first to come in. The wait is absolutely unacceptable.

Office is so busy and understaffed that you do not get any kind of decent treatment.

Called a few minutes ago. They said they closed at five but they were wrapping it up and was not going to say no one else. Said they did take walk-ins but they would not take anymore today. I called at 4 PM. Front desk lady was more worried about walking out the door. She kept telling me they walk out the door at 5 PM. And reassured me that would not take anyone else today

The check in process for the urgent care was as expected. Once in the room the nurse or CNA came in (she did not introduce herself) and checked my BP and HR with the tower. Dr Dove came in for one minutes to look at my throat and check my lungs with his stethoscope. His nurse came back in with a script for meds. I had some additional questions for the Dr so he came back in but I felt it was a big inconvenience for him given his tone of voice and body language. Overall I will not go back to this place due to poor customer service and limited examination as I do not feel confident in his assessment
