Good food, Great service. We had a wonderful time at Jing. Parking is a bit of a chore but once you get inside you will find that it is worth the hike. The menu is Asian inspired with some twist. They use dishes found in other parts of the world and apply Asian spin. I had the Chilean Sea Bass that was excellent. It came with some vegetables but I should have also added some rice or Chow Mane both are an additional cost. The service was great. From the hostess to the people who made sure our table stayed clean. Everyone was attentive and accommodating. Our server Theren, was very pleasant and helpful. A lit more items on the menu to try so we will have to return.

I gotta say their Peking Duck is awesome. I’ve tried Peking Duck in Beijing and multiple big cities in the US, and this is for sure top notch. Other foods are just ok. However, their service seems really chaotic—when we walk into the restaurant, no one greet us, no one asked us whether we want to see outside or inside, and our server (who had poker face the whole time) asked us for dessert while we were still actively working on the main course. I mean, this is a $$$ restaurant, go work on your service please. I give 2 stars, only for their Peking Duck.

This place is beautiful. Wonderful service. The seabass was phenomenal. The duck I felt could have used some seasoning, didn't remind me of the dish my family would make. Kobe on the rocks I took a video of so I can't post that. But definitely recommend getting that if you come here. It's fun and really tasty.

I'm really in the grey about my dining experience here considering we dined on Christmas Eve! They were open, they took our reservation and hence we visited Jing! It was a friends birthday and we were a group of 5. Our friend made the reservation quite in advance considering Christmas Eve! This place has been on my list forever and I'm still not sure if I should give this place another try. The drinks were good, Me and a friend got the Buddha drink with the buddha button which was a good surprise to the taste buds! We ordered the electric dragon roll, soft shell crab roll, shrimp tempura starter and lobster starter (forgot the name) in apps and for mains got the ginger shrimp, Thai basil wok and fried scallops! The sushi was good and so were the other two apps. The Thai basil wok was alright and the scallops (my husband makes better scallops at home) Looked very unappetising with large florets of broccoli and almost ketchup everywhere! Couldn't finish it, I think most disappointing dish we ordered. The highlight of our experience was our server rushing us to order as well as to pick up our plates post dinner. We were never told until we placed our drinks order that the restaurant closes early for Christmas Eve and that we literally had 5 mins to glance the menu - why wasn't this told when we checked in to dine! I don't expect this from a fine dining restaurant. We were rushed to place our dinner orders without enough time to even look at the menu. Same with picking up our dishes. We also had some random lady from the kitchen just throw the sushi plate on our table and go away without saying anything about what we were being served. I'm sorry JING, I really don't like writing this review but this is how our experience was. The sushi was good and so were the apps but I'm not sure if I will come back again considering the service we received. Also, my friend mentioned while making a reservation that we were coming in for a birthday dinner and nothing!!!! Not even a courtesy happy birthday! The second star is only because we liked the apps here. Not sure it's worth it though!

JING is a very safe restaurant. Im usually there one or two times a month. Masks required 😷. Some tables have plexiglass glass between them. Limited capacity. All employees wear mask or mask and face shield. They also take your tempature before they seat you. Im probably missing more safety practices. Ask for Maddison if you're going. Shes the best.
