The people that work here cannot communicate in English at a customer service level. They won’t honor deals that are displayed on signs and can’t even understand when you try to explain it to them due to previously mentioned language barrier.

I went in to this store with my sister, who frequents this establishment. Since I wasn't buying anything, I waited for her to purchase a drink. I didn't touch a single product. After the drink was paid for and we were about to leave, the man working there falsely accused me of stealing. To prove a point that we're not thieves, we left the drink that we paid for and stormed out. While the man working there was unprofessional, rude, and accusatory, there is a lady who works there who is always very kind and polite.

This store has a very unprofessional staff who seem to enjoy creating a hostel environment for us most if the time when my wife and I visit. We come in every single day and are in and out of the store. We usually only purchase a big gulp drink and scratch tickets. What's dissapointing about our experience is that the only employees who seem to have an issue with us are the foreign workers. Just recently my wife had an issue because she had purchased some scratch tickets and a drink and stepped outside the store and waited near the side of the entrance for her Lyft ride to arrive. She noticed however that at this time the shift was changing and the person who rang up her drink and scratch ticket earlier was being relieved of their shift, and replaced with the next person who happened to be this older Arabic women. She also couldn't help but notice that the Arabic women was glaring at her with full hate in her eyes as if my wife just stole something or did something to personally offend the Arabic lady. When her ride did arrive they asked her if she wouldn't mind waiting an extra second for them to go inside and use the restroom. She said that was fine and decided while she was waiting on her driver to go back in the store and cash out her scratch ticket she purchased earlier for another one since she won her money back. Upon entering the store the Arabic lady immediately began shouting at her demanding for her to leave and threatening to call the police on her. My wife replied to her by asking her what exactly did she do to warrant such treatment and asked to speak to her manager. The Arabic women said her manager was not in and so she had to leave or ]again[ she was going to call the police. My wife asked for the managers name and the Arabic lady quickly said his name in a thick accent which unfortunately my wife could not make out the name very well and forgot how it was pronounced. Anyway she left and when the two of is did return we were approached by her manager and told that my wife had to leave. We asked him then in person what the reason was for her having to leave was over and what could she have possibly done to deserve this treatment. The manager could not give a valid reason except to say "you know why" and threatened that next time she came back to the store he would call the police to get them involved and have her trespassed. We tried to reason with the manager explaining to him that we come in on a daily basis and always purchase something from the store and are never rude or disrespectful and so for them to just ban her from the store and not even have a valid reason was unethical and even discriminatory. We felt discriminated towards because we are a young couple and we ride longboards to get around town as a means of transportation since we find bicycles to be impractical for us as we have had issues with them being stolen in the past. We feel like the older Arabic women just doesn't like us based off of an image that we give off because we ride around on skateboards. Sadly we have dealt with this type of profiling before at other establishments but here we feel it has more to do with than just our skateboards but is also related to our race - the fact that we are white and looked at by some as 'privileged' people.. even though we are not by any means. To add to that I have also had personal conflicts with the same older Arabic women over other ridiculously embellished reasons which I'm not going to get into this post. So Shame on them the foreign workers there for treating us like we are scum of the earth and banning us for literally no reason without even giving us the curtiosy of even fabricating a lie and at least having a pretend reason to hate on us and ban us from their store. They won't even give is that much respect ..they will just as simply say 'get out your not welcome' because they feel they don't need a reason. We don't deserve to be treated with respect because of the way we look.

The guy that was working the 4 o'clock on 4/13/2018 shift like to help who ever he wants. So if your waiting in line he just skipped me to help someone else, didn't excuse himself to help the other customer. I never left a 7 11 so mad like I wasn't even there. This used to be my typical 711, was really great customer service, now none. Not going back ill shop at any other store.

Yeah
That's odd ... not my experience at all. I am an occasional customer but not associated with these folks in any other way. The staff and owners are mostly minority, both male and female, and they do not seem to discriminate between the regular Anglo and Hispanic customers. They always seem friendly and polite. The store is clean and well stocked and staffed. The prices on my usual purchases are the same as they are at any other 7-11. I always feel comfortable shopping or getting gas at this 7-11.
