IF YOU TRY TO CALL THE PHARMACY, be prepared to wait FOREVER. When it's your turn.... They either hang up on you or you get ""disconnected"" somehow! Then, almost EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE is rude especially in the pharmacy. Trying to get ANYTHING from the this location just sucks! I would recommend going to another Walgreens.

The pharmacy is understaffed. I wasted 45 minutes calling and was put on indefinite hold four times in a row. I finally drove to the store and was helped pretty quick by the friendly staff, but I overheard "don't answer the phone for the next hour" as they were pulling my scripts together. Long story short: if you want your prescriptions, it's probably faster to just go in person.

I was on hold for 2 hours trying to get a prescription filled for my 2 year old daughter. I was disconnected exactly at the 2 hour mark. I have now called three times spoke to store employees who have said they would get me on the phone with pharmacy. I spent a total of two and half hours on the phone with nothing to show for it

Ordered 5 items!! On line said everything was available. would be delivered by 7PM. At 6:55 I received a msg that my order was canceled!! I did not cancel it. I was told EVERYTHING WAS Out of Stock.!! I called and was told they were out of EVERYTHING.. I BELIEVE THEY WERE LYING.. When I questioned the person she said yes they had the nuts we ordered and those were the only two things we said not to substitute.. I needed the eye Lubricating & Rewetting Drops as i had surgery a few days ago I selected my substitute.. I also asked for a toothbrush also selected substitute. if no longer in stock... Instead they just canceled it. I am babysitting 3 little ones from 6 months to 4 years. I needed delivery.. WHAT A CROCK.. Why didn't they just say they could not deliver it in time and send it first thing in the morning. TERRIBLE SERVICE and Why LIE???. ..
