Loved this brunch! It was a cute spot for a date, and super gluten friendly / dairy friendly. I recommend the hibiscus tea and the chilaquiles

One of my favorite hidden gems in Colorado. It's so modern that it feels like an Instagram picture. The ingredients are fresh and are high-quality. The aesthetic is 10/10. I will definitely be coming back soon! 👍

Hadn’t been here for a while and decided to go for brunch today… Was rather disappointed with the food, and definitely wasn’t as good as our last visit. We ordered the breakfast burrito, the veggie bowl, and the spicy cucumbers as as a side, and two coffees. The burrito and the veggie bowls seem to consist of the exact same ingredients, and the bacon in the burrito was overly cooked and a bit hard.l and lacked flavor. The cucumber side was probably the best thing that we had… And this place isn’t inexpensive either ($47 total). We were a little disappointed, but will try again and update.

I’m very impressed by Hoja. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seatings. The ambience is hip and fun. I got the taco pack with vegan chorizo, chips and salsa, and the almond chai latte. I’m absolutely obsessed with the taco pack. It did very well for my taco cravings. The chorizo and vegetables were seasoned just right; they were flavorful with a sprinkling of spiciness. It was also very affordable since you can make 6 tacos for $15. I’ll pass on the chips and salsa next time. I can’t wait to go back and try their vegan burrito!
