Mary was my stylist. She was friendly and eager to do her best. I appreciated her intentions of wanting to do a good job. My overall experience at the salon was good. There was a misunderstanding at the shop that left me somewhat confused. Mandy contacted me the next day to express her authentic concern for my experience. I appreciated her concern and absolutely respect her class and integrity. I believe she and her staff care about their customers and the services they provide. Never a bad experience at Mandy's! Mandy has been doing my hair for 10+ years. I'll never go anywhere else to have my hair done. My kids also have their hair done at Mandy's. I love that they are able to have a personal connection with their hairdresser. She has done a great job making them feel comfortable and they've never had the dreaded fear of haircuts. I met Mandy through a mutual friend after she chopped her hair. I couldn't get over how amazing it looked! I had never really been to a professional salon and was nervous about the cost and the results. From the first cut to my color exhibitions, Mandy has been absolutely fantastic. For someone who is terrible at knowing what I want to do my hair, I can tell you that Mandy is a mind reader! She always knows what I really want and adds a little something different each time. I even trusted her to chop 6 inches of my hair last time! Which was an extremely terrifying endevor. And she did a phenomenal job.
