Definitely one of the best burgers I've ever had! I ordered it medium rare and it came medium which was perfect (I usually err on the side of too rare when ordering a burger for this reason). It was my first bison burger and I'm hooked! The homemade pickles were excellent, and the service was spot on. Great environment. My only complaint is that the brussel sprouts were huge and not cooked all the way through so I couldn't eat them, but that's fine because the burger was more than enough by itself.

There is nothing more American than a bison burger! Absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection, and the waitstaff are amazing!!! The restaurant itself is beautiful inside with comfy, large, booths and a warm wooden environment. We will definitely be back!

Took my son for a real steak and was not disappointed one bit. The food was great and the service was excellent. I had the Bison filet and my son went with beef. Im particular about my steak and the chef nailed it. I was impressed with the overall quality of everything including the sides.
