Sadly I have to give this location a 4 star rating today. Usually great food but one of my items was a hook and ladder salad which comes with ham and turkey. Drove 6 miles home with the family dinner and there's NO MEAT at all on the salad. I drive back 6 miles and approach the counter, explain the issue and the kid behind the counter tells me "Well, we can put it on there if you want ". Of course I want it. I paid for it! No apology, no sorry for the inconvenience, no sorry about your double drive. Surely there's some type of guide for assembling these items. I understand mistakes happen, but make it right without attitude.

The food was excellent. The staff greeted me upon entrance. They were extremely friendly and helpful with my order. I wish most restaurants were this way.

Incredibly Good Food and Service! We've been going to this neighborhood Firehouse Subs, about once a week, since it opened! So good! The subs put Subway to shame ( If you can find the meat in a Subway sub. ) The Hero is my personal favorite. Lots of meat! And several months ago, we also discovered that they make these magnificent salads! The one shown here is my favorite - the Italian, with peppercorn dressing on the side. And their great manager, Sarah, makes sure that everything is perfect. We can't speak more highly of this restaurant!
