This was the most frustrating sandwich ordering experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. I used the mobile app to order a BLT sandwich with avocado spread. When I got the sandwich the avocado spread was in a separate side container. I didn’t understand why so I was looking for a plastic knife to spread it on there myself. The store doesn’t have any plastic silverware! So I asked them to unwrap the sandwich and put the avocado in there for me but they refused! The teenage person behind the counter was like a robot and kept repeating that I didn’t order it correctly. I asked if this is how their customer service works when their customer doesn’t get what they want they just blatantly refuse to honor the customers wishes? The answer was yes. The teenager was clearly following a script or protocol- but failed to use common sense, empathy or basic human decency.

I’m going on now at hour and half wait for my delivery and I’m about 3 miles from the store. The tracker has now been out for delivery for the last hour, when I ended up calling the store the cashier asked me if I have checked my front porch yet, of course I’ve checked my porch multiply times, and then he turns around and tells me that his driver is just leaving with the order, how are you gonna tell me that to check my porch when you know your driver hasn’t even left, what horrible service.

Worst sandwich I've ever had, was all lettuce with ingredients missing. When I submitted a complaint, it was handled very poorly. Definitely lost a loyal customer and gained a lifetime of a bad reputation from me.
