My husband and I went to La-Z-Boy galleries because we wanted to be able to see and sit in the furniture. Kayla greeted us first and worked with us on fabric and style we wanted. Brooke worked with us on arrangement and what we needed. We supplied Brooke with our measurements of the room. Seeing it in 3d was wonderful. Brooke and Kayla were wonderful to work with. We had a great experience and they were very helpful.

When we narrowed down to two chairs, she patiently answered our questions and made it very easy for us to make our decision. Responsive and courteous sales person, who answered my questions but didn't push. Gave me the info and details on sofa I was considering and the time to consider. I called the next day and finalized the sale with ease and additional clarity. Both sales people were helpful, clear and pleasant to work with. I don't really enjoy shopping and this turned into a pleasant experience, so far. Won't receive the furniture til late May and June. It was in production. And the 30% off sale, certainly helped. I feel I got good quality and nice design . Totally upgraded my idea of Lazyboy. It's not just recliners.
