I have a pair of iron rangers that are 6 years old. I broke a hook and took them to this store to be repaired. They sent them out and I got them back in less that a week, not only did I not get charged but they oiled my boots and gave me new laces! These guys (and young lady) are really great, look forward to buying my next pair of boots from them.
