I never posted this when it happened but it has haunted me since the day our dog died there. It was an emergency, our dog was hit, they took us right in, and started working on him. We waited. Then they brought us back about 35 minutes later to see him, and while we were standing petting him on the table, the vet looked down and said 'oops, better start this' and turned on the IV. So for 35 minutes from the time we got there, the iv had not been running. My husband almost freaked out. I was a little more forgiving because it was so hectic when we rushed in but my husband just couldn't get over the fact that they forgot to start the IV. I felt that it was human error, but it was also hard not to wonder if our little guy may have made it if the iV had been running from the start. He died about 30 minutes later. They were very kind, but that one piece of the story has always bothered me.

Was pretty busy when I stopped by, so I waited a few minutes to get a question answered. Very clean with a positive atmosphere.

I have 3 pets so I’ve been here quite a few times. All the vet techs, both vets I’ve seen, and most of the the reception staff are amazing. They’ve been able to get me in on short notice before and they answer all of my questions patiently which is awesome. One receptionist, I believe Suzanna, is consistently rude and off-putting though. She makes it seem like the last place she wants to be is at work which is understandable! Lol. But whenever she’s at the desk or answers the phone she makes what can be a stressful, confusing experience worse and I’m almost afraid to ask her questions. I don’t feel that vet med is the kind of field you should work in if you hate customer service so much. I’m still rating 5 stars because everyone and everything else has been so great.
