Ally was SUPER helpful. She is a manager for a reason. Honestly, she made my experience so great. I used to shop online only because no one was much of help in store, and she changed that for me. She was super patient and positive. She needs a raise.

Poor service, cashier was challenged n line was backed up. I asked the short fat guy with glasses was there another cashier he said no. 2 min later another one opened another register. Didn't appreciate being lied too, will not be returning...

I come here real often. I’m always coming in seeing the same people and not even once do they greet me. The thing that made it worst for me is that I did an online ordered and got a hoodie a size to small so I went to take it to exchange it for a different size, as I went I could tell a new worker was working since he didn’t know that well of what he was doing. I told him if I could exchange it and he told me that they don’t have anymore in store and that i could have shipped to the store I said that’s fine. I went too look around as he asked for help to do it and I didn’t even get a receipt, (notice that I ordered the hoodie 5 weeks ago) I went back to ask about my hoodie since it’s been too long and I go for them to tell me I can’t do anything about since I didn’t have a receipt. Now I just have money down the drain since there’s no way I’m getting my hoodie back especially with these type of workers. I’d recommend to train your employees better.

Been in this store for 30 min and have not had one of there employees acknowledge me or greet me or anything. They all are standing around gossiping. If my daughter hadn’t if needed jeans and loved Hollisters I would not have spent my money here at all!
