Update: Owner called me and gave me 50% off due to the inconvenience. Greatly appreciate being called 30 minutes after review was placed and them taking accountability. 1 star to 3 stars Absolute worst experience. I dropped off a piece of clothing on July 16th to be fixed and was told that it would be ready in 10 days. I called in on day 12 and was told that it would be worked the following day and that I would get a call when it was ready. I called in again today at 21 days and was told they haven't started it yet due to needing to order material. I asked why no one communicated this to me and was given a shrug-off answer and told it would be ready on Tuesday. When I asked again, I was followed up with "Is Tuesday ok with you?". Absolutely no consideration for the customers or any idea what they're doing. No communication whatsoever. I asked about some type of discount due to the inconvenience and again was shrugged off. Swear that all the good reviews here are from friends and family.

This place made my wedding time so stressful. I asked the lady to do certain things and the few important things I needed her to do never got done. And when she finally did what I want she rushes through it. I had to fight to get my dress the way I want it. They added lots of extra stress right before my wedding. And don't do the things they promised they were going to do. I finally had to talk to the owner before my dress was done the way I asked for it to be. Very disappointed in their services.

Amazing Garment Repair has been such a blessing to me the last year! I used them for my wedding dress alterations and they altered, hemmed the many layers of the dress, and added 18 buttons and loops for the bustle easily. The dress was ready in about 1 month and was so affordable! I'm using them again for a bridesmaid dress and the service is still great! I loved chatting with Tammy and her crew. I know I can trust them to do great work! My friend had 2 awful experiences at a different company and I am so grateful for Amazing G. R. for all they do!

It depends on the extent of the alterations you'll need. I would suggest emailing them to set up a fitting appointment and let them know your time line so they can tell you if it's possible.
