Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole

I was here to unload product for a delivery. Didn't really go around the place. Looked nice from what I did see. What confuses me is the name Jackson Hole, WY. Cause this place is outside of Jackson, WY and in Teton Village, WY. So how does the Jackson Hole, WY name come from?

It really is a nice hotel, with friendly staff and beautiful location. It just seemed to be lacking that extra touch that Ive experienced at other Four Seasons. Also, the room was uncomfortably hot in March and a couple other people in our group including myself had a really hard time getting comfortable in the beds. I don’t think i slept for more than 30 mins at a time all week. I ended up moving to the chair the last night. Im sure they would have remedied it if i brought it up with the front desk, but never did.

Had a mediocre dinner and service on March 3 at Westbank Grill but the worst was when we had to wait 40 minutes for the $1000 check because their system went down. We never got the actual itemized check even though we provided an email and were assured we would get it.

Breathtaking. The hotel is right in front of the main gondolas. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. The ski concierge is spot on, boots are warmed and ready and your skis are waxed and ready . The rooms are spacious and the linens are soft and very comfortable. The hot tub and the heated pool are gorgeous. Having a glass of champagne in the "bubble" at Fahrenheit 47 by the pool is a fun time. Jackson hole skiing is top notch.
